Who we are

HACCPLog (“we”, “us”) is operated by CodeFirst Ltd. We provide digital food safety record-keeping for UK food businesses. For any privacy question, contact hello@haccplog.co.uk.

What we collect

Early-access details you give us: email address, role, business type, number of sites, and optional survey answers (current method and price expectation).
Usage and advertising data: anonymous analytics (page views, scroll depth, button clicks) and, if you consent, advertising measurement cookies from Google and Microsoft. You can choose “Essential only” on the cookie banner.

How we use it

To contact you about early access and to understand demand for the product.
To measure which marketing channels work, in aggregate.
We do not sell your data.

Where it's stored

Your data is held on infrastructure in the UK/EU. We keep early-access data only as long as needed to evaluate and, if you opt in, to contact you about the product.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@haccplog.co.uk and we'll action it.

Cookies & consent

Advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you accept on the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). First-party measurement uses your browser session only. You can reset your choice at any time by clearing the cookie banner selection.

HACCPLog keeps and exports your food safety records. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Food Standards Agency and does not make food safety decisions for you.
